Steve Bishop
About the character:
Steve Bishop is a native of New Orleans. Refused to leave the city after the Soviet occupation and stayed after the Soviets tried to force everyone out after the great storm of 2005. A charismatic man who eventually founded the Local 504, the local resistance group in the New Orleans area. Through radio speeches and bar hall rallies he eventually generated enough support to be recognized by The American Resistance Forces, even though New Orleans is commonly regarded by the ARF as a city lost to the war and nature.

Vaughn Taylor will be taking the role of Steve Bishop.
