Annie
Annie is a member of The Local 504. She works as a spy within the organization and is currently having an affair with Cortez. Although she steals secrets from Cortez and passes them on to the Local 504 she does care for him. Her past relationship with Joe Stratton has caused some conflict but the two tend to pretend to get along, most of the time.
Annie is played by Delilah Donovan.
