48 Hour Film Fest

Breach was our submission to the 2009 48 Hour Film Festival in New Orleans. In the 48 Hour Film Festival each team is given a genre. Then all the teams are told a prop they must use, a character they must use, and a line they must use. They then have 48 hours to write, film, and edit a 4 to 7 minute movie. We didn’t finish it in time to be judged but here it is in all it’s glory. Our category was drama. The character we had to use was Matthew Kotick and he had to be a gardener. Our prop was a rubber band and the line was “Which one was the weak link?”
The basic rundown of the story is that a group of people are trapped inside of a bar. The world around them has been falling to the wrath of God and they make a last ditch attempt at survival by hiding inside a bar.
